Premium subscription: deleting your account doesn't cancel an active subscription, and you would still be billed. Cancel it first from the App Store or Google Play.
From the app
You can delete your account directly from the app:
- Open the BillFighters app
- Go to the Profile tab
- Tap the Settings icon (top right)
- Scroll down
- Tap "Delete My Account"
- Confirm deletion
By email
If you cannot access the app:
Send an email to:
contact@billfighters.fr
Include the email address associated with your account. We'll process your request within 48 hours.
Warning: Account deletion is irreversible and immediate. Your profile, cards, badges and XP are erased, and groups where you were the only member are deleted. In shared groups, your expenses and draws stay visible to the other members under the name “Utilisateur supprimé” (deleted user).
